Use a free web email that will go with you wherever you want. Now with the droid I would expect that you would start to use gmail (which I believe even the yahoo,hotmail email guys acknowledge they are behind gmail).And for less than $10 you can get your own domain and have unlimited email ids, if you don't want to use a web email.

I have recommended for years that folks ONLY use their ISP email for communication with their ISP. The same holds true for your cell provider. ie verizonUse a free web email that will go with you wherever you want.
